Do you have any idea how many extra calories you eat at each meal just by doing this?!?
I know, I know, I friggen HATE wasting the money; especially at a restaurant. But if there’s enough, you can get it to go. If it’s not – JUST LEAVE IT – otherwise you’re going to be carrying it a lot longer than you planned.
According to a survey performed by “Weight Loss Resources”, parents are consuming an extra 1,400 calories PER WEEK. That’s a TWO POUNDS PER MONTH EXTRA that you’re taking in just by getting an extra spoonful off the kids’ plates.
Pretty sure that during the holidays it’s even worse.
