I was born and raised in Montana. Although I am and always will be a Montana Girl, Nebraska has been my home for many years. I moved to Arthur in 1996, and can’t imagine being anywhere else! I live on a ranch 14 miles out of Arthur with my husband and two of our kids. I am a proud mother of 5 kids, and I believe that is my most important job! That, however, does not pay the bills! I had worn many hats and had many “jobs” over the years, including a little bakery/deli in Arthur, and running a daycare there for several years. Although I enjoyed all of those things, my heart has been pulled toward massage for a long time. About four years ago, I decided to finally make that a reality! I registered for Massage School in Omaha. I moved there right before Christmas, and started school that January. It was a great school and a wonderful experience, although very hard to be away from home!
I moved back to Arthur in December of 2009, and began practicing massage in Ogallala right away. Of all the jobs and occupations I’ve had, I realize I have found “the one”! I love the fact that I get to do something on a daily basis that helps people far beyond what they can see! People come in for a massage generally because something hurts, or they are under a lot of stress. Most often, they don’t realize all the underlying benefits of massage that they are receiving! I often have people come in for consectutive massages and ask questions like, “does massage help blood pressure?” or, “does massage affect your digestive system?”, or “my allergies have been better, is that because of massage?”
I moved into Vitality Chiropractic in December of 2011. It has been a GREAT move! Vitality Chiropractic is a wonderful environment, and I love being able to see the whole picture of health that is available for people! Dr. Nick and his staff have been amazing to work with, and I love the atmosphere here!

I was born and raised on a ranch/farm in southeastern South Dakota. I moved to Ogallala in 1995. Because of the results I saw with massage therapy for my own pain issues; I attended MidWest School of Massage in Omaha, NE. I graduated in 2000 and moved back to Ogallala. I got married and began my massage practice. We opened Body Concepts in 2001 where I offered massage fulltime thru 2006. I closed that office shortly before we started a family to be home with them as much as possible.
I am very excited to be back to doing massage. I feel that is a gift/talent that God has blessed me with.
